為了提供更安全穩定的通訊環境，現行的 Live Chat 系統將進行平台轉換。由於目前的 Rocket.Chat 系統無法進行版本升級且存在資訊安全疑慮，我們將把 Live Chat 系統正式轉移至 Mattermost。
請注意以下重要事項並配合辦理：
1. 對話紀錄不轉移（請務必自行備份）
因 Rocket.Chat 與 Mattermost 兩者系統架構不同，現有的對話紀錄與檔案將無法自動轉移或備份至新系統。若您有需要留存的對話內容，請務必於下線前自行完成備份。
2. Rocket.Chat 系統下線時間
Rocket.Chat 系統將於2026年 11 月 30 日正式下線並停止服務，屆時將無法登入或存取任何歷史對話紀錄。
3. 新系統 Mattermost 上線
新系統目前已上線，使用者可以自行更新個人化設置或其他設定。網址如下:

手機版可以下載Mattermost app，以下為app中的設置：

前往下一步後請輸入您的DiCOS帳號密碼即可登入。

To provide a more secure and stable communication environment, we are migrating our Live Chat system from Rocket.Chat to Mattermost. This change is being made as the current Rocket.Chat system can no longer be upgraded and poses potential security risks.
Please take note of the following important points:
1. Chat History Will NOT Be Migrated (Self-Backup Required)
Due to differences between the two systems, existing chat history and files will NOT be automatically backed up or transferred to Mattermost. If you have important conversations or files, please ensure you manually back them up before the system is decommissioned.
2. Rocket.Chat Decommissioning Date
The Rocket.Chat system will be officially taken offline on November 30, 2026. After this date, you will no longer be able to access the platform or retrieve any historical data.
3. Mattermost Onboarding
Mattermost now is online by following link: https://mattermost.twgrid.org/
You can also download the Mattermost app in your mobile，please setup in the app:
Enter Server URL: https://mattermost.twgrid.org/
Display Name: ASGC.mattermost
Next step please enter your DiCOS account and password for login.
